through a Christ-centered Classical Education in the Liberal Arts
About SchoolApply NowHeartland Classical Academy exists to partner with Christian families in forming young men and women who love God, pursue truth, and serve others faithfully. Through rigorous classical education rooted in Scripture, we seek to cultivate wisdom, moral courage, academic excellence, and a deep sense of responsibility toward their families, churches, communities, and future callings.
We are committed to a biblical worldview that sees truth as emanating from God. Whether exploring sciences, humanities, or the fine arts, every subject plays a part in the story of creation, from the Fall, to God’s Redemptive plan, to our personal restoration.
We use content and pedagogy that has withstood the test of time and will continue to do so. Through a content-rich, integrated, and holistic study of the liberal arts, students learn to think deeply, communicate clearly, and live virtuously.
We aim to build a supportive, Christ-centered community where students, families, and educators partner with one another to love God, pursue truth, and serve others faithfully.
We seek to educate the full human person—mind, heart, and soul—by integrating faith, academics, and character development to prepare students for lives of Christ-like love and service.

Our teachers facilitate an encounter between students and rich content by acting as the leader of their classroom and treating each student as an individual with valuable thoughts to contribute.

Teachers present students with examples of moral virtue and Christ-like character in every subject, not only teaching what virtue means but offering compelling visions of virtue to follow.

We believe that education is a fundamentally human endeavor. Therefore, education is most successful when happening in community, between real teachers and students.
